Meet Connor Rose

As a dedicated agronomist with a passion for farm management, Connor Rose is currently studying for his Realtor® license and will soon join the team to offer exceptional advice, particularly to clients in the AG industry.

Connor Rose is a District Field Manager at Calavo Growers, where he oversees annual estimates, monthly projections, and maintains consistent grower contact. In addition, he is a member of the CAFES Plant Science Advisory Board at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a board member of the Santa Barbara County Farm Bureau.

Previously, Connor worked as an Agronomist at Olam, managing over 10,000 acres while emphasizing crop needs and efficient farming practices. His early career included a role as a Deckhand at Windrose Inc.

Connor Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Environmental Plant Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Connor is currently an agricultural advisor on the Team.
